Ganas - Used Cars Buy Here, Pay Here Dealership in California

Update*** 10/7/25 I was so happy I bought this car, but it came with some issues that they are not willing to fix. I had to go all the way to one of their offices just for them to tell me that they couldn't help me.. I wasted gas & time for nothing. On top of that, they keep on saying I owe them money for insurance when since day 1 I have been having insurance. My insurance has sent proof so many times as well, but they keep on saying I owe them money. My plates every year are very expensive too!! I wish I would've never bought my car here.. but here I am, believing in people. Ricardo was awesome!! Great customer service! Very friendly, I loved the experience! Thank you!!!

I needed a vehicle . I couldn't get one any where else but here. Once I was approved I was thrilled but the waite to actually get the vehicle was nerve wracking and a little confusing.but i am glad know that I have my VW Tiguan . I just got it yesterday which seems to be in great shape, so let's see if Ganas ya will live up to there guarantee s for my vehicle. Which no other used car lot that I visited would do for there vehicle. So thank you Ganas Ya for making it possible for me to get my VW Tiguan.👍👍👌👌update when I got the vehicle it had some issues they said they would fix it's been 4 years they haven't always excuses. When I got the vehicle the garenteed me that it had like a warranty after the first 3 months what ever happened to vehicle take it in the parts were free I would just have to pay for labor . I even had that in writing.. now they are not honoring it and the paper work I had with them conveniently every promised they made to fix everything that was wrong with vehicle. And the warranty was all conveniently whited out. I been going crazy try to look for my copy but I can't find it but I will. Also they had a program where I got half off on my payment for the next 6 or 8 payments which I applied for it. Don't do it it is a scam first they had to proof I sind up for the program so I talked to them again got back on the program. So now I made one of the payments early to not forget because you forget and pay just one day late you are off the program . So called talked to some to explain I had made the next payment early . The person I was talking to said now the payment went to the insurance I said no I have insurance it shows here the payment was taken . He insisted it went to insurance a d that I owed them the full pay ment he would not transfer me to a supervisor to talk to. So here I am behind a payment or two trying to make a payment on line which does not go through I have been calling them since Saturday and today is Thursday I did call. today can't get through so I leave a message the haven't gotten back to me . I am almost done paying but they are being very difficult . Can't get a hold of no one and ther is no one returning my calls.like I said I have been trying to talk to someone since saterday So if u want to get a vehicle from here don't do it.
